Express Debarkation on Fantasy Question

Is Express Debarkation available on the Fantasy? I’ve seen information about this for the Magic; wasn’t sure if the Fantasy offered it. If so, what is the procedure?

It was offered on the Dream last week when we sailed. From what others have said it has been around for awhile, but this was the first time in our many cruises that they only allowed express debarkation to debark that early .. for us it was 7am. Everyone else they made a separate announcement for at 7:30. Some Disers said you didn't need to sign up for it, but when we asked the CMs at the debark gates they told us you did. So I am confused. Guess I will ask more next time we sail so I understand it better to see if it will work for us.
