THen I uploaded a DVD review - Reign over me. They denied saying I did not include a shot of the disc, which I did. So I added a 2nd shot of the disc and re uploaded. They denied it again, saying they can not verify that I own it.
I had a similiar problem, the first time I was told I didn't have game play footage in the review but I did so I asked for re-consideration, then they denied me for not featuring the disc or case but that wasn't a rule on the TOS at the time.
If they would've said poor lighting or can't see footage, I would've been ok with that but they seemed to be grasping for reasons to deny the review. Now I can't review any of the games we've purchased through Big Fish game club since they're downloads. I didn't do very many vids last month, I really need to light a fire under my rear and get them done this month. We bought a ton of movies and 6 or 8 Wii games for Christmas. I think new board and card games should be $5 and seasonal things should be $5 as well. I'm not going to rush out and buy a new game if I don't know how good it is. I refused to get the scene it and the new Disney pictonary game because I didn't want to spend $30 on something that was going to be lame. I'm almost disappointed in the electronic monopoly, it was 50% off so I can't complain too much but I might have considered something else.
I know its not original but at least i can start uploading wild and crazy reviews now....WOO HOOO!!!!! Magic Kingdom here I come!!!!!
