Exposition Hall?

I would love to hear some tips about best times, worst times, strategies for meeting the characters at Exposition Hall. I'm also of the impression that Exposition Hall is at the front of the park, near the entrance

We went last September with the plan to meet Tink and crew, but it was just not to be. DD never said a word about it, but I liked having some DIS-ers words of wisdom on when to visit the fairies, etc.

Not sure what to do this year, as they are in a new location.
