Are these cots in an enclosed room or out in the open with like a curtain around it?

Has anyone ever taken a nap on these cots? I have someone with fibro and they may need to rest in a hurry.

If I remember correctly, the cots are in a room. I have napped on the cots and it was quiet.

I can confirm the cots are in a room - I rested there a while myself last year.

It depends on the First Aid station.
Some are individual rooms with a door. Some are rooms with a curtain and Epcot has cubicle with curtains (at least the last time we were there)

I have fibro and need to rest for at least an hour to 2 hours in the afternoon. I have used these rooms many times. THey usually turn the lights down for me and give me a blanket. I seem to remember they have curtains at least in the one's I have been at. The only thing they told me was that if they ended up needing all the cots I would have to go but they didn't think that was going to happen. It never did.

Animal Kingdom has similar rooms.
Magic Kingdom has rooms with 3 walls and a curtain to form the 4th wall.
Epcot has cubicles with curtains.

All of the First Aid stations have some private exam/treatment rooms with doors and exam/treatment tables.
