Does anyone know if you have a 6 day expiry ticket and want to add no expiry on to it after you already have used it several days, can this be done?

It seems like I read someone had done that a one of the resorts reservation desk. I was thinking of buying a 6 day expiry ticket and think we will use all of the days, but don't want to waste days if weather is not good. Will be going 12/31 to 1/06 :tink:

Yes it can be done. I had a seven day ticket that we had a few days left on and upgraded the remaining days to no expiration. We were staying at Saratoga and couldn't upgrade at the resort, so they told us to do it at any of the ticket booths at the parks. It was really easy and now we don't have to buy as many tickets when we go back this year!

Just be aware that even if you only have 1 or 2 days left they will charge you the "no expiration" rate for the number of days you started with. So whatever the charge for no expiration on 6 day passes is, that's what you will pay regardless of how many days you have used. Still a pretty good deal. :)

If you have to buy any new tickets when you go back, it is usually cheaper not to use the leftovers in the same vacation.

After preserving the last two days of a 7 day pass using non-expiration, your investment is about $35. per remaining day.

The fifth through tenth days of a brand new expiring pass cost about three dollars each.

Thanks for the tip seashore! We were thinking about buying a 10 day no expiration this year so our next trip will be completely made up of old tickets... it seems like that will be the best deal so we'll probably go ahead and do that.
