expired premium ticket

i purchased a 7 day premium disney ticket and upgraded the ticket to non expiration and used the ticket over a couple of visits to orlando. However, i have only used two of the water park days. can anybody confirm if the water park days are still valid on the ticket. when i upgraded to non expiration i was told i had 5 visits left to water park and 4 days on the theme park entries. i used up all of the theme park days but i never used the ticket again for the water parks and would love to use them on my next visit. despite scouring the net and disney's website for an answer i still dont know whether i can use it.

Yes, if you purchased the non-expiration option those 5 water park days you have left are still valid. You could use one day every year for 5 years and they would still work.

What do you mean by a "premium" ticket, exactly? How old is it?

As others have mentioned, if it is a Magic Your Way ticket that had the Water Parks Fun & More option (ticket available since 2006), then you still have 5 water park visits left. If it is older than that, they there may be some variation, but if you had added on No Expire, then it is likely a MYW ticket - prior to MYW packaging, almost all tickets had No Expire built-in.
