I received a PIN...Disney sent it to an older email that I get forwarded to my current email. It is in my maiden name. But...when I go to use it online, it says it is expired/invalid. I'm pretty sure my account used to be with that old email address but then I updated it so I could use a PIN a while back. I can't log onto the Disney site anymore with that old email...Any idea if I can still use it if I call?
Called WDW and they couldn't find our PIN at all or even info attached to my email that the PIN was sent to!!
However, the wonderful CM we spoke to talked to guest Services and was able to give us the discount still! (It was a 30/35/40 one.)
Our ressie for Nov. at Kidani is now on hold and hopefully we'll be booked before the end of the week!!
