This is the first time I've seen this sale at BJ's Wholesale. They normally have the $100 gift cards for $94.99 online.

I just got $1,100 in Disney Gift Cards from BJ's today; I paid $1,044.89 and put it on a 2% cashback card, so I'm happy to get a 7% net discount. (Hoping that Discover does the 5% again next year so I can start saving up for a 2019 cruise!) I've never heard of Mr. Rebates; I'll have to look into that.
