EXPERTS!! Which waterpark for 2 and 3 year old?

Please advise me! Typhoon Lagoon ~OR~ Blizzard Beach?

Which water park is more suited for a 2 and 3 year old? We are going late October...will the weather still be warm enough to do this one day?
