Experts tell me what to do...please

I have reservations for the Swan March 13 - 16 th through Dreams Res. I really would love to stay at the Boardwalk Inn concierge instead.

I emailed my Dreams contact to see if this could be done with the new code, make a new ressie, then if it was do able, I'll let the Swan go. How long should I wait to hear from them? I don't want to miss out on Boardwalk....

Is this to much to ask of Dreams? This is the first time I've used them. Don't want to make them mad, but Boardwalk concierge sounds better than Swan balcony w/resort view. LOL

Please tell me what you think after you read this ramble. Be gentle.

Most agents will email you back within 24 hours or even less.

DreamsRES is a separate entity from Dreams Unlimited, however. The reservation systems are different. So, you will have a new reservation in the Dreams Unlimited system, and perhaps a new agent.

I'm sure you'll hear back soon.

Misti does this mean that I need to contact Dreams Unlimited? I only emailed my agent at Dreams Res. Did I do wrong? Now who do I contact?
