i do know that we could be delayed by anything, but i am looking for the scenario where we don't have any major delays but have typical, normal delays.

arrive at the orlando airport at 1:40 pm (at the gate on the plane and taking ME. best guess as to when we will arrive at the beach club. and then factoring in check-in and dumping our bags in the room, best guess on when we will arrive at DHS. We could walk or take the boat depending on which is recommended. (june)

Here's my guess...
1:40 Arrival at MCO
2:00 Deplane
3:30 Arrive at resort
3:45 Checked in
4:30 Arrive DHS

That has "slop" at each step. You might arrive as early as 3:45-4. If you want to make an ADR, I'd set it for 6.

Our rule of thumb is 3 hours from arrival at MCO to walking into a theme park. Sam_gordon has given a pretty good estimation of each step.
