So my DD19 and I were going to Disney in 2020; well, that didn't happen. We are re-booked for June this year. It was supposed to be our mother daughter trip before she finished her degree and life got in the way trip. We had all these experiences planned. Cake decorating, safari trails and such. We have been many times and we wanted something unique to mark what could be our last trip together., at least for awhile. We were also doing many restaurants we've never done. With the way everything is right now and most probably for awhile, I'm trying to figure out other experiences we can do together. I'm thinking of doing the "Disney Bounding" thing. We could coordinate our outfits each day. Thought about eating our way around the world at EPCOT. Does anyone have any thoughts or other ideas?

Resort hopping.
Trying to hit all 4 parks in one day.
Some things might be open at Ft. Wilderness (horseback riding, archery), but I'm not sure about that.
Making sure you ride all of your favorite attractions.
Planning together (sometimes the planning is the most fun).
Getting a manicure/pedicure before your trip with Disney themed nails.
Relaxing by the pool (something that people sometimes skip because they are so busy in the parks).

Monorail or Skyliner drink crawl (or dessert crawl since DD is under 21)
Build a lightsaber or droid (if you are star wars fans)
Hot air balloon ride at DS
4 parks in one day challenge

Oh, I like the four parks in one day challenge, never did that before. Never thought of the mani/pedi before we leave with Disney theme. Really like that. Anyone know anything about the salon at Floridian doing "adult" versions of character inspired makeovers? That would be right up her alley. Thanks for the ideas, please keep them coming.

ALL of the salons on property are closed right now, unfortunately.

Disney Bounding may be fun - rather than do the same character, pick a movie and each bound as a different character. I've done this twice now while on a VIP Tour and we had a blast. And though I'm normally a jean shorts and t-shirt kind of gal when It comes to being at Disney, I did a trip with a girlfriend last month and wore dresses most days and dressing up made it feel fun. I even wore Minnie Ears a couple days (which I rarely do although I love them).

As someone mentioned, doing the 4 parks in one day is fun. My girlfriend and I did that on our last trip, too. (We were super tired the next day, LOL) which is why I am also going to recommend choosing one day to do things at a super slow and relaxed pace. Make a nice breakfast reservation, really take in the details of a particular park, and end with a nice sit-down dinner.

I've planned this for my next trip: breakfast at Trattoria al Forno, walk to the International Gateway at Epcot for park opening, and have a late lunch reservation for Cafe de France. My only goal for my Epcot time is to leisurely check out all the Flower and Garden topiaries, peek into the nooks and crannies of all the World Showcase Countries, and have that nice sit-down meal.

Don't have anything to add except to say this--it might not be your last mother/daughter trip. My DH, DD and I went when she was 19. It was the last time the 3 of us went together. Since than she's gotten married, moved away, graduated from dental school, and moved back with her husband to be closer to family (I'm so happy that they were both homesick.) She was set to begin practicing as a dentist in July 2019 and had about a month off. I'm a teacher. She calls me one day and says, "hey Mom, you want to go to Disney together for a few days?" She didn't have to ask me twice! My husband was happy to see us go and so was my son-in-law. It was truly magical!!

Enjoy your time with your daughter and thank you for letting me remember the time with mine.
