Since so much sushi is a la carte, I was wondering...:ssst:

1 Do you NEED reservations here?

2 Is it casual or formal?

3 Is it fine with a DD11 sushi lover?

Having never been, I would appreciate any feedback you may have!

TIA!:cheer2:

Good morning. We love Kimonos!!

1. You do not need reservations. It opens at 5:30pm and it's pretty quiet early in the evening. I suggest going early -- because later (in 9 to 9:30 range) it turns into a sushi and (loud) kareoke bar.

2. Very casual. We have gone in jeans and or shorts and sneaks. There are some business casual folks because there is often convention crowd at Swan/Dolphin.

3. Absolutely good for tween sushi lover (repeat: especially early in the evening :thumbsup2).

It can be expensive (like everything else at WDW).

Just went there on May 28 with three friends, no reservations, walked in. Got a huge platter of sushi and split it. Everything was great. It is quite casual but, as noted, popular with the business people at conventions. I always make sure to get out of there before the karaoke starts.

They have karaoke? Seriously? Do you have to be 21? Because I'm headed there with my DD 20 and my DS 17, both of whom were basically born onstage, and who LOVE to sing karaoke, and love sushi, so for us, that would be spectacular!
