Just received the tshirts I ordered for my godchild and her sister. It's their first trip to the World and I wanted them to have something a little special. Received them quickly and I was thrilled. However, I in advertently left them on my dresser and got powder spilled on them. So, washed them BEFORE giving them to the girls. Long story short, both of the bottom hems fell out of the tshirts. I just sent Zazzle an email to see if I can return them and have them remade, but I'm really disappointed that they would fall apart after one washing and NO wearing!

Anybody have anything similar happen? Do you think it's likely they'll make it right? I sure hope so, these were not cheap!

Well that's not good is it?? I have ordered from them, but haven't worn/washed them yet. I'll be interested to hear what transpires as to an exchange. I ordered a size up from our usual sizes since they said on their web-site that some styles run small. But, they are still on the tight side. Hope they don't shrink even more. Keep us posted on the outcome.
 
I ordered two T-shirts for our Repo Cruise! Try paying in Cdn Dollars!LOL

They T's should not have fallen apart like that! That is just poor workmanship!

I just discovered zazzle this morning via an add in my yahoo mail! I thought it looked really cool. But doesn't sound like the shirts are very good quality! :(

I ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt about a month ago - both are doing fine - washed each a few times.

Hopefully they will replace the shirts.
 
Oh wow! :( I found zazzle.com a while ago thanks to the good old Dis! ;) and have been eyeing a shirt for December. Will be interested to know what they do for you. I would hope they'd replace them quickly. Threaten to spread the bad word if they don't!
 
Just wrote another email to customer service. This one a little nasty. Still no response.:mad:
 
Finally heard back from customer support. They were extremely apologetic and issued a return merchandise authorization to me and promised a refund as soon as they received it.

Since I'm really happy with the tshirt I bought from them for myself, and they seem to be taking care of the other issue, I think they're OK in my book. Thought you'd want to know.
 
Thanks for the update. So I guess I could buy from them and hope for the best, hmmmm.
 
Still no refund. Have written at least 10 follow-up emails.

Zazzle stinks IMHO.

I would warn anyone not to deal with zazzle!
