Experience with easyclick travel?

Is it "room available" or "upon request"? Last week I tried to make a reservation with them. The reservation did not go through, but they said they'd get back to me within 48 hours. At the end of the 5th day (including a weekend) they said they couldn't get me the reservation, but they could offer something else for those dates at an unconfirmed price (and the hotel they were trying to swap me out with was very NOT recommended by tripadvisor). Not saying that everyone's experiences with them are bad, just letting you know what happened with us. "Upon request" is more iffy, especially if you're booking during a busy time. HTH

Used them earlier this month for 3 nights at the Clarion Disney on 192 (Kissimmee). No problem and cant beat the price (39$).

I made a reservation for two rooms for January. Easyclick e-mailed me back a reservation number for one room and said the second room wasn't available at that price but I could have the second room for $98.00 (Fairfield Inn). I then had to call Easyclick and cancel my reservation since I wasn't about to pay $98.00 for the second room. They gave me a cancellation number, however, they did not put the credit on my credit card. I eventually had to write my credit card company to tell them the charges were in dispute. My credit card company was able to get the credit to my account and that was after three months! It was quite involved but in the end it has all worked out okay, however, that experience left me with a bad feeling about Easyclick Travel and I won't make a reservation with them again.

I used them back in Feb. for our stay at the Farifield Inn at Little Lake Bryan and had no problems with them at all. I plan to use them again for future stays. I hate to hear that they haven't worked out for everybody because they really seem to have some of the best rates I have seen lately.

Madisonsmom, I was excited about the rate, too, when I discovered Easyclick, but then after trying to reserve two rooms, and they gave me one room for the price advertised on their website but then hiked the price up for the second room, I felt like they were just doing that to make extra money knowing I needed the second room. I could have reserved the room myself from the Fairfield Inn for less than they quoted me. I just felt they weren't being fair about it. Then when they wouldn't credit my account for the amount they charged me, well, that was just the last straw. They certainly put the charge on my account for the one room immediately (the day of the reservation) but then it took three months to get the credit for it. I just didn't like that at all.

I booked with easyclick travel and then about a week later changed my mind. I called them up and canceled my ressies, no problem. I got my credit card statement today and it shows the full amount credited. I would use them again. :flower:
