I got a quote from Dreams Unlimited about a stay in June at the Contemporary Resort. But it is somewhere between the 35% off and full price. Anyone else have experience with Dreams Unlimited?
DU will not be able to give you anything but a current public discount or apply a PIN that you have received. I have used them before and was never over-charged but it isn't any "deal" either. One nice touch was that the agent who booked our resort stay offered to book our ADR's. I didn't need the service but it was a nice offer anyway.---Kathy

We are dealing with another situation on this board where another poster believed they didn't get the full discount on a direct booking with Disney (no travel agency involved)...
And the only way the board can really help - is for you to post some actual numbers so we can check the math.
Also - if you think the quote is wrong - I STRONGLY suggest you contact the DU agent and ask why the quote doesn't add up as you expected. And provide numbers you calculated etc.

I think they can apply any PIN a guest has received or apply any newly released offer to your ressie unless it is restricted to new ressies only, in which case they could offer to cx and re-book for you.---Kathy

Yes.. They can apply it and in addition to that.. they'll constantly scan for public offers that apply to your trip that may be better than your current rate and apply those accordingly if available.
I used DU for our WDW trip last year and had the reservation book for over a year prior to our travel dates. During that year, I got a 40% discount and then later free dining. My TA with DU was able to apply each discount as they came out. I wasn't able to combine offers, but she was able to apply the free dining, which overrode the 40% and gave me the better deal.
My TA was also able to make all ADRs for me, which I appreciated very much.

DU is great! I had a pin emailed to me and they were able to use it. They also checked on every discount that came out to make sure it wasn't better than the pin I already had.
