Experience with David's DVC Rentals?

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone has used David's to rent out their points.
Did you feel it was worth using over doing it yourself? We have read through all the rules and suggestions on the rent/trade boards, seems scary. We would rather use a company who knows what they are doing, but still make money of the rental.

David's is a very good alternative to renting your points. His service has been around for years. Not everyone has the time and ability to rent their own DVC points.

I used his service and it went flawlessly! If I'm ever in that position again, I would take advantage of his services again. No question.

What does he charge?

He charges $3 a point basically...you get paid $10 a point, he rents them for $13 a point.

Does anyone know what the typical turn around time is?

His site says 1 week to 11 months to rent. You get 1/2 up front when it rents and the 1/2 when they check in. He pays via Paypal.
