I am having a heck of a time freezing my credit with them. No problems with the other two credit bureaus.
I've tried doing it with the internet and by phone. On the net the recording says to enter required info and #. It either says "you have entered----" and then stops, or In order to complete the action you need to enter required info, which I just did.
Then I tried to do a freeze on their web site. Verified everything is OK. Hit submit and it said can't complete with provided info. Did that a number of times.
To top it off there is no way to talk to a live person. Gives you that sinking feeling their system was designed by a certain agency, if you know what I mean.
Anyone have an idea how to accomplish this.
