Were going to disney next week and I was wondering when the best time is to ride EE and when the lines are the shortest ? I would love to hear your opinions thanks in advance

Be at the park prior to opening and get straight to Everest. Grab Fast Passes and then get in the stand by line. Your wait shouldn't be very long and you'll already have your Fast Passes to use later. :thumbsup2

Great advice... :thumbsup2

We went to AK this past Thursday and arrived at EE at 11:22 am. Got fast passes for 5:10 - 6:10 pm (if that tells you anything). We got back to EE about 5:00 pm only to find out the ride was shut down due to lightning in the area. About 5:30 pm the CM states "the trains were going back into the mountain" so we got in line and rode. AWESOME! We got back in the single rider line and rode again. Absolutely loved it! Not scary; just fun, fun, fun! :thumbsup2

Each back-and-forth loop on the slightly hidden singles line (next to the gift shop exit) is about a 15 minute wait - with 2 person rows any odd-numbered group means another single gets to go. If you don't mind splitting your party (generally everyone, even in 4 person groups, gets thru in 2 to 3 trains) and sitting where they need you, the singles line is the way to go here w/o a fastpass.
