what is the deal with Jim Rhodes earring? Is it a culture or religious thing? I though Disney was strict on the employee dress code. I just have never seen anything like that before. Not even on the "skinhead" kids when I used to work with troubled teens.

I would guess it's of some significance to him or he wouldn't wear it. Also, he's not a cast member, and therefore not subject to the same dress codes as them.

I say let him color his hair pink and split his tongue as long as he keeps designing great attractions.
