Ok I booked a room through expedia and it says 2 queen beds on the reservation, but I noticed it says this is not guaranteed. Well there will be 4 of us, so that is kind of important. I just looked on the web and my hotel shows as being totally booked for the nights of my stay. So now I am getting nervous.

So what is everyones experience with this...Am I worrying about nothing????

Hi Maci--

I would call the hotel directly that you booked with and ask them about having 4 people/needing 2 beds in the room. I'm sure there will be no problem.

Have fun!

This has nothing to do with having used Expedia, it's nothing more than an on-line travel agency. No hotel will guarantee a room type until arrival, that's always in the fine print. A good hotel will do its best to accomodate you and if what you booked is not available, bump you up rather than down. It is a good idea to call the hotel directly as noted by the previous poster. Also, if your hotel is part of a national chain, join its frequent guest program and give them that number when you call.

Thanks for the info.
I did call and they said, that I would defiantely get 2 beds, so I feel better.
Since our trip is getting so close...I am starting to think about all the little details!!
Thanks again!
