1-bedroom less than a studio for Sept?

1-bedroom $260
studio $279

without taxes

so what is going on?

I though these were the villa that Disney was using to kept AKL guest happy.

you know sometimes I wish we could pay the difference in cash for an upgrade instead of points....

I saw $169 special being advertised even on Disney's site for AP's and FL residents. This was for a Studio. I would imagine that in the Sept time frame they have plenty of room to take these reservations, plus any re-direct from AKV due to construction noise.

Just as an FYI, the Aug/Sept AP rates for SSR & OKW:

- studio is $164

- 1br is $255

- 2br is $400

add 12.5% hotel tax

spiceycat - that is a good find- i saw the 1br is listed as a "summer special"- available to anyone- $260 for a 1 br - that is a great deal- I guess they are having trouble filling the 1brs.
