Anyone ever book a car that was labeled an Expedia Special Rate?
Called in to confirm, and they say there are no hidden fees upon arrival as this is there Special Rate.
Rookie at this and just looking for some experienced travelers experiences with this one. It is $145 total for 7 day rental with Budget.
