Have you tried other sites such as Hotels.com they may do Onsite hotels room only.

You could try phoning Disney direct and just ask for a room only quote? failing that the hotels could be booked direct by phoning the hotel direct as they have rates on the doors of the rooms.

I can't find onsite hotel prices..but a few nice ones off site...if you want to brave the shuttle busses!
