Exiting the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure

I was wondering, when you exit the Mickey & Friends parking structure, can you get onto Ball Road? The satellite picture on Google Earth seems to indicate that you can, but I've only ever exited the structure directly onto the freeway and I can't remember if the lanes to Ball Road (on the far right) are always open or do they block them off at some point in the day. (I thought I remember seeing orange cones blocking off the access late in the evening/night which forces everyone to use the flyover.)

Your memory is the same as mine. Late at night (I'm guessing after the fireworks), the right lanes are blocked so your only option is the flyover. Other than that time (maybe two hours???) I've been able to turn right onto Ball Road.
