I love taking various fitness classes at my gym at work and the local gym and I hope to continue my exercise regimen on the cruise.

I've compiled a list of the different classes that are offered by looking at navigators.

Classes (* = $10 fee):
Introduction to Yoga & Pilates
Yoga*
Fat Burner Aerobics
Pilates*
Cardio Kick Boxing*
Tone Zone
Step Magic
Walk a Mile
Step & Strength
Hollywood Arms & Abs
Abs, Hips & Thighs

Has anyone tried the exercise classes that they offer at the Vista Spa? How long are the classes? Do you think it's worth the $10 fee for the yoga, cardio kick boxing, etc.

Thanks for your opinions!

I did the Fat Burner Aerobics last year. The classes are 30 minutes long and definitely worth doing. Unfortunately, the room is very small and carpeted. There was a long list of people signed up for each class, but surprisingly few show up! I would definitely do it again, even if it means paying $10 for the pilates or kick boxing, just to justify having the drink of the day without guilt!
