Exercising in WDW??

This May I'll be staying at POFQ with a friend, and she's interestd in exercising during our stay (why, I will never know) but POFQ doesn't have a fitness center....right? I'm used to staying at CSR and DVC resorts, which have fitness centers. Is there a fitness center somewhere else she can use?

POFQ does not have a fitness center. Neither does its sister, POR. If your friend is looking for a decent trail for running or jogging, the paths through POFQ and POR are very nice. If the friend wants weights, etc., no luck.

I am not aware of any of the other facilities allowing people who are not guests to use them.

Isn't walking 100 miles a day enough for your friend!?!

I believe as a WDW hotel guest you can pay a fee of about $10 per day to use the fitness of the deluxe resorts that have them.
