This morning I swam for 48 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????
 
Curves and a 30-minute walk.

I haven't been posting my dailies lately....busy, busy, busy. But I'm not too busy to get my exercise in....I'm not giving that up! :goodvibes
 
I did 30 minutes lower body weights. TOM started today so I opted not to do abs.

9 minute run, 50 crunches, lower leg work, and 50 curls :goodvibes

Who's next?
 
While not the kind of exercise I would love to be doing (on injured reserve till I find out what I did to my feet during the 1/2 marathon), I did do some planks and worked on REAL push-ups on my toes. I'm up to about 5 at a time. I'm also getting better at side planks.

But........at least it was something!
