YIKES!! Last night I did "Crunch: Fat Burning Pilates" that someone on this board recommended. Holy Smoke! I knew when it was over I was in trouble. What a workout. The sweat was flying off of me. There were a few steps that were a *little* hard to coordinate, but I think after two more times, I'll get it down. I am "dance challenged" so many tapes I won't even try. This wasn't too bad at all. LOTS of squats. WOW, is all I can say.
I'm paying the price dearly this morning.
