Good Morning everyone! Off to a running (well fast walking) start! Walked 3 miles this morning with hubby!

Who's next?...............
 
Looks like I'm next... jogging this morning, 3.6 miles in 36 minutes. :teeth:

Me, me, me!!! I'm next! It was Firm cardio sculpt blaster with Lisa Kay for me this morning and I feel fantastic!

I went to the gym at 7am this morning. I had a brutal leg workout.

1/2hr walk this morn
hoping for another hr after work
 
I walked/jogged (mostly walked) for 40 minutes this morning and did the strength training portion of my Burn it Up video. :)

I did. I did the firm complete aerobics and weight training tape. I feel good

Three days in a row for me !!
The usual 30 minute Leslie tape. Added my own stuff after involving some bootie work and stretching!
 
I did 15 leg lifts & 20 crunches early this morning. I was feeling pretty good so I decided to try a video. It's just an easy toning tape called Chair Dancing. Kicked my behind after 20 minutes I had to stop hopefully next time I will go longer.

This evening I did 45 minutes on the treadmill.

Well, I did my exercising well over 12 hours ago, but I'm just getting around to posting. :rolleyes:

I did the 2 mile WATP this morning. And, this afternoon, I bought a pedometer. Only registered 2200 steps since then tho. :confused: Not sure how to count these things in the future, given that I do the tapes and all.

Well anyway, it felt GOOD to do a tape again, after 2 days off. I just feel weird when I can't get around to doing these. Believe Me, THAT statement is something I've NEVER said before!!! :earseek:

Next exercising WISHer???? ;)
 
Went for a swim after work ~ Arms and legs really sore this morning!!!
 
YIKES!! Last night I did "Crunch: Fat Burning Pilates" that someone on this board recommended. Holy Smoke! I knew when it was over I was in trouble. What a workout. The sweat was flying off of me. There were a few steps that were a *little* hard to coordinate, but I think after two more times, I'll get it down. I am "dance challenged" so many tapes I won't even try. This wasn't too bad at all. LOTS of squats. WOW, is all I can say.

I'm paying the price dearly this morning.
