This morning I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the stepper and 15 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next???
 
Did my 30 minutes crosstraining, per plan! Woo hoo! Look out Donald Medal..... soon you will be MINE!!!!!!!!:jumping3: :jumping4: :jumping3: :jumping4:
 
After a long 9 days of nothing I got up and did my 45 min 3 mile WATP dvd. :)

Here's to getting back on track with the exercise challenge. :teeth:
 

Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (4.1 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work.
