This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ?????????

Morning! Today I did 35 minutes of yoga and 35 minutes of circuit training with free weights, a step & my cardioglider. Dh & I have been trying to include more recreational activities in our lives. (We ALWAYS see a movie and go out to eat.) So, instead, last week we went bowling -we hadn't been bowling in about 10 years. Everything seemed fine, we were a tad sore but nothing alarming. Yesterday during my workout I cringed after doing my side lunges. Then stupidly we went bowling. We were both in agony in the same exact spot on our left behind after rolling the first ball. Everytime we bowled the pain was horrible. After 5 frames we gave up. The pain didn't get better just worse. Think we'll wait a month before we go back there again. Ouch! The yoga this a.m. seemed to help. I was initially going to ride my bike today but decided to skip it. Guess I'll have to wait until next week.

40 minutes on the recumbent bike so far....

next???????????????????

20 minutes of stair climbing. This time I made it straight through without pausing. :cool1:

Next?

35 min.elliptical and 15 min weight machine

I did half of Total Muscle Shaping and then finished up by lifting weights.

I did an hour aerobics/dance class, then an hour Pilates class. It was great! Now it's time fore bed.

Anyone else?

Day 3 of the Curves 30-minute workout! So far, so good.

(I forgot to get online yesterday, so I didn't log my workout from yesterday.)

Firm Workout For Me This Afternoon!

I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves after work.
