:wave: Here we are in the middle of the work week and my exercise is done for today. 55 minutes of cardio for me today plus I am working on my 10,000 steps. How about it WISHers, have you exercised today?
 
10am and Im at 3200 steps - hoping to be over my 10000 by end of day.
Just came back from grocery shopping - having a quick dunkin donuts coffee and im getting outside! Its beautiful today - gotta work 1230-8 but before I do Im enjoying the outdoors. Planning on a 15min walk at my dinner break too. My steps are usually higher on Wed anyways since Im moving/working till at least 8pm.
The next 2days are suppose to be warm but rainy. Hoping for a beautiful wknd.

I too worked out this a.m.....combo of light cardio and some serious upper-body weight work.:cool2: feels sooo good to be *done* for the day! (with THAT at least! :p )
 
:wave: 50 mins on the EFX for me. I would like to do some strength, but my schedule is not likely to allow that. But, I'm always hopeful!

62 minutes on the treadmill and did the weight circuit at the gym. But boy my heart was not in it. I barely lifted my minimum and didn't burn as many calories as I usually do on the treadmill....I guess I should of skipped that piece of pizza last night.....darn carbs anyways!
 
I just finished up the firm cardio sculpt and will do some much needed lawn work tonight. Now that the snow is almost melted the lawn really could use a makeover! Great job to all those who worked out today.
 
I walked for 40 minutes at lunch time today, we had some really nice weather!
 
After 4 days off, I returned to my 2 mile WATP video and, it felt good to exercise again. (Unless you count water park activity for 4 days to be exercise) ;) My SIL is taking me with her tomorrow to Curves. Should be interesting. :eek:

Wow, that is impressive! You are one busy person. I just made my 10,000 steps (10,005 to be exact) at 10 p.m.
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves after work.
