25 minutes of yoga (I really didn't want to work out this morning but this has helped alot. It definitely got my brain from the negative thoughts I have been having since last night to more positive thoughts)
I increased the resistence on the elliptical trainer to #5 this morning and did 45 minutes plus 20 minutes or Pilates. I really felt the burn from the new setting.

Good job donac. Don't you feel better when you didn't really want to work out, but you did anyway. I was feeling same way today. I didn't really want to, but finally made myself at 4pm. This forum helps keep me motivated.
