I walked 3.1 miles. Took 50 minutes. Kinda slow but lots of hills and rain to deal with. I got soaking wet. It was fun, reminded me of being a kid again.
I did 30 min on my exercise bike for 8.4 miles and then 5 minutes on my arms and then 30 minutes of yoga. It felt great because it the first week of my summer vacation. I finally closed up my classroom yesterday and this is my first day home.
Two workouts for me today, running in the morning (4.24 miles in 35:00) and Curves after work. I was feeling sore and out-of-sorts before heading to Curves, and considering not going - but I sure felt great after my workout!
