Exercise Thread for Wednesday, July 21

I've got the privilege of starting the exercise thread again today!

This morning is my regularly scheduled rest day but I did the ab only portion of Firm super body sculpt. Today makes 14 straight days of working out for me!

What exercise did you do today?
 
I feel motivated today! Yeah!

I did Denise Austin's Fit & Lite and Daily Workout.

Who's next?
 
My physical therapist made me sweat my butt off for an hour this morning! :eek:

30 minute walk first thing this morning, and I'm head to the gym again to do another 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Next....
 
I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill and a *tiny* bit of abs.

Had a great run, feel great!!!!

1 hour walk today - gave my muscles a little rest today -
no workout on total gym

I did a new video tape "Yoga for ABS, for beginners".
It was very hard.

I did the Crunch Fat Burning Pilates video, plus swam for 30 minutes tonight. :D
 
Finally, I can post again on the exercise thread! I feel 'lost' when I haven't done anything for more than one day. :(

Today I did the 3 mile WATP video. Felt good, and kept me energized and AWAKE until now, at least. ;)

I did 20 min. on the treadmill, but I increased my speed some today. I still don't feel my best today (toothache or abcess or something :() , but the exercise helped some.

Anyone else???
 
Finally another good exercise day for me to report! :sunny:

I did 1/2 mile lap swim this afternoon, followed by 2 hrs of free swimming. :fish:

Tonight DH & I walked for 1 hr 15 min. :moped: (DH walks really fast!)
 
I did my 3 mile WATP video, I am trying to alternate the 2 mile and 3 mile so that I can get my metabolism going. I have been at a plateau now for over a month!
 
I went for a 40 minute walk in the morning and Firm Body Sculpt in the afternoon. :sunny:
 
I had two workouts, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 35 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
