This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ??????????????????????
 
Did 40 minutes of cardio this morning but will do about 70 minutes of circuit training this evening.
 
I did 35 minutes (3.5 miles) on the elliptical then 40 minutes of lower body weights and abs. :flower:
 
I did 40 minutes on my exercise bike for 11.7 miles. Will hit the pool later today as it is very hot up here in the northeast.
 

stretched, walked and jogged (in small bits) this morning for an hour.
 
count me in for Cathe total body!

The Firm Cross Trainers: Firm Cardio plus 5 minutes of physical therapy exercises. :wave2:

Got in a 30 minute walk before bed.
 
I did 25 minutes of weights this morning and then I am going for a bike ride afterwork!
 
Put me down for another 20 minutes for swimming in the pool
 
Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.23 miles in 34:08) and Curves during lunch - I had to fit it in early due to a meeting tonight.

Great job everyone! :)
 
I cross-trained for 1 mile, rode the upright stationary bike for 10 miles in 30:17 (just over 3 minutes per mile) and weight trained for 30 minutes.
