This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
Elliptical trainer.... 30 minutes. 2.2 miles and 1353 kilojoules (whatever those are!)
 
Treadmill 15 min, step 10 min, cycle 10 min.
 
One hour lifting weights, then 30 minutes on the stairmaster, and 30 more on the treadmill. Crunches.

Who's next?
 

I'm a ligtweight- joined Curves and did my 30 minutes!
 
40 minutes of pilates for me. ANybody else? :goodvibes
 
I'm in a rut!:confused3

40 minutes weights/toning tape with the Firm-

50 minutes on the eliptical - 6 miles/500+ calories

WHOOOOOOOOOO! We are doing great today! Who's next???
 
Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.27 miles in 38:33) and Curves after work.
