This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

30 minutes on the treadmill again!

I joined a club called WOW today. Exercised 30 minutes there. Did 20 minutes fast walk on my treadmill and 10 minutes on my exercise bike. Now if I can stick to a diet I may loose the 25 lbs. I want to loose by June.
 
30 minutes of yoga this morning. I am finally getting back on track after too many Mickey Bars last month. :thumbsup2

Next???
 
Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.25 miles in 38:41) and Curves after work.
