I did 50 minutes on the Ellliptical trainer this morning. Burned 504 calories and went 3.7 miles. That would be a personal best for me. Too bad I have to work- I felt like I could stay on that thing forever this morning.
I started a WW type of diet the first week of January, and have FINALLY brushed the dust off my treadmill...I did 25 Minutes this AM, at 3.0 incline and up to 2.8 in speed.
Does not seem much compared to you guys..But, for me it is great..
Did some race walk/jog. Followed the couch potatoto 5k training and it went well.
I'll probably collapse after this but hey, I'm home, it's done and I feel great. I even took a shower(was a yucky mess) and got my clothes ready for work tomorrow. This is a BIG change for me.
