I went for two 30 minute walks today. One pushing my DD in the stroller up our street/hill 3 times and the other a whole family walk on the beach. The last 10 mins back to the car a run!
I should go do some yoga right now while I wait for Lost to start........I really should!

I actually went jogging today!
Okay....more walking than jogging, but it's a start.
I was going to do 30 minutes, but it's the first time that I've really exerted myself since August. After fifteen minutes, I thought I was going to die.
Luckily, I'm still alive. Hopefully, this is the start of a trend though....the working out...not almost dying.
