This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????
 
I walked 20 minutes this morning - hope to get another 20 in this afternoon. I am limited in duration to breaks at work. But it worked before and will work again.

I did get my 45 min. on the TM in this morning. I was feeling a bit sluggish this morning so it took some extra will power to get on. Now I'm feeling better and so glad that I went ahead and got on. I really want to get my 5/7 so I don't have to get on TM Saturday or Sunday.
 

I managed the Winsor Pilates-20 min. I just love starting out my day doing something. I didn't realize how much I have missed this. I really wanted to lie abed today too. Tammy, it mus be something in the air today.

I increased my Treadmill time to 30 minutes = 2 miles today! Going to try 6x week. My lent goal was 20 minutes 4x week, but I now know that I should and can do more to reach my goal!
 
for 30 minutes. Yesterday I walked for 30 minutes in the morning and 20 in the evening.
 
Taebo and a firm workout for me this morning
 
60 mins on the TM and will do 500 crunches this afternoon!

30 minutes lower body weights and abs.

I'll be back to the gym for cardio after work.

Just finished 2:40 miles on the TM
22 minutes all joggin 8 minutes cool down

I was up early, real early for 2 work outs. I did Firm Fat Blasting Cardio and the lower body add-on section of a Cathe Friedrich video.

Who's next?
 
An hour spinning class at the gym. I cannot imagine getting outside until the snow melts.
 
I just took a great 3.25 mile walk! It was quite brisk, but pretty out. Snow lightly falling....I did manage to stay upright this time though :teeth: I felt like I could have walked forever!! It was a nice walk.....

Spent 2 hours at the gym. I did 45 minutes on exercise bike 22 mintues on treadmill and spent about 60 minutes lifting total body workout(circuit training plus inner and outer thigh machines as well as oblique ab machine) Oh and did 30 crunches on exercise ball. My abs were feeling it so stopped there.
 
I went to Curves in the afternoon and walked for a half of an hour on the treadmill.
 
I spent 1 hour with a personal trainer doing an orientation on all the upper body equipment at our gym, including 5 minute warmup on the treadmill and 5 minute cooldown on the crosstrainer.
 
Cardio was:

35 minutes elliptical trainer
33 minutes recumbent bike
20 minutes rowing machine
 
I did two workouts, running in the morning (4.4 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves after work. Great job everyone! :)
