Exercise Thread for Wednesday, August 18

Good morning everyone!

So what did you do today to move your body? I was supposed to take a rest day but I did a light short work out instead. Firm super body sculpt (ab portion only). It was short but intense. Hopefully, DH and I will go for a 30 minute walk tonight as well.

Okay, who is next?
 
I decided to mix things up today. I did a Billy Blanks Tae Bo 8 Minute Workout video, a 10 minute segment of Quick Fix Total Body Toning, and then a 15 minutes of pilates abwork. :D

I did 48 minutes on the treadmill
 

I did Cathe's Timesaver workout #1 and part of her Cardio + Weights workout.

Next.....
 
I walked outside, I did just a bit over 2 and 1/2 miles. I wanted to do 3 miles but I started out a bit late and it was getting too dark to finish.
 
30 minutes swimming, 60 minutes spinning and 25 minutes upper body work.
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (3.9 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
