This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
15 minutes on the elliptical trainer (#1 resistance) for a total of 2.75 miles.
 
20 minutes on the elliptical followed by lower body workout for me.
 

15 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Next?????
 
Today is normally my rest day, but I did 20 minutes on the treadmill. Not much, but at least it was something! :cool1: Anything that gets my butt moving is more than I had been doing! ;)
