This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????????????
 
Jogging for me this morning, 4.23 miles in 36:17.

Whooooooooo's next? :p
 

So far upperbody weights and abs BIG TIME!!!! Ouch ouch ouch

I'll do cardio after work.
 
I walked 2.5 miles during lunch at the park. I plan on doing a FIRM sculpting tape after work.
 
I wogged for 45 minutes and did weights for 5 to make 1000 minutes for May ;)
 
Pilates and strength training for 20 minutes
