This morning I swam for 40 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????
 
I did my walk/jog combo for 3.5 miles this morning and this evening will do my stability ball strength training.................
 

Just finished 50 minutes of lower body weights and abs. Cardio will be after work as always :)
 
30 minutes of biking, and going to try an exercise video after work, haven't decided which one yet. My feet are still sore from my attempt at jumping rope on Sunday. I'm going to have to work up to that one.
 
20 minute walk. 40 minute T-Tapp :flower:
