:wave: I didn't make it to the gym today, far too busy for that, but I did get my crunches in this morning and I have hit over 10,000 steps for the day.

How about you, what did you do for exercise today?
 
I did the FIRM Super Cardio Sculpt.
 
I did FIRM body sculpt (upper body) this morning. Woohoo!!!!

Me! :Pinkbounc Started week 8 of the Couch to 5K program today. Walked 18 minutes and jogged 12. 5K here I come!! :hyper: Great job everyone!! ::yes::
 

45 min with Mrs Austin, fat blaster. I just wish I could blast it a litter faster.LOL
 
It was such a beautiful day, I walked for 45 minutes this evening.
By 7:00 it had colled down a bit and there was a nice breeze, it felt so good to be outside!:sunny:
 
Roller blading for about 35 minutes this evening with DH. It was so nice to be outside exercising, and also have some time with DH before we started go-go-going again this evening!
 
I went to the gym and did upper body Nautilus workout plus some free weights. I seem to have pulled a muscle in the back of my leg so I could only do upper body but that was fine.

Who else?
 
Just the 2 mile WATP video for me today. I could've/should've done the 3 mile but, I felt lazy. :(
 
Hi everyone,
I am back and exercising again after a 5 day layoff. I hit the wall last Thursday night-I was really too exhausted to lift anything or walk anywhere. I really did try, and I was very discouraged, but decided my body was looking for a rest. So I didn't do my regular routine at all, although I parked further away in lots and used stairs to keep a bit active, as the weather is improving here in Massachusetts.

Anyway, today is the day to start in again after my rest, so I did 50 minutes on the treadmill at an incline of 3, alternating walking at 3.5 and jogging at 4.5-5. I also have divided up my weight training so it doesn't use up as much time each session, and I started that up again too.

It was tiring, but I really was glad to do it. Not exercising these past few days had had a negative impact on my sleep, surprisingly. So I am sure I'll sleep well tonight.

I did day 1 of the Slim in 6 program DVD, and walked 7342 steps
 
Hi all - I walked 1 1/2 miles around the neighborhood after the sun set and played at the playground with my ds & bf. :teeth:
 
I did an hour of pilates. Wanted to do some cardio, but I've been sick.
