This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ???????
 
A little early in the day for a swim :laughing: Your post time is 3:39am, EST here in the USA.

I expect to do some walking today over lunch and when I get home I will walk the dog. It should be about 55 minutes total, covering 2.75 miles
 
30min walk outside this morn
Im wearing a new pedometer - I go through them every few months and didnt replace for the winter - time to clock myself again - Im at 5000 steps for today already
 

I went for a run this morning, 4.4 miles in 37 minutes. Felt great!

Hey, AprilN, you're getting awfully close to your goal! That last 5 can be hard so keep up the great work!

Can't believe its Tuesday already! 30 min of walk/jogging and 40 minutes of yoga.
 
I was watching tv and they were showing a Tai Chi workout so I did 45 minutes of that. :cool1: It is neat. I may have to look into getting a video. It was sooo realxing yet engergzing if its possible to be both. :confused3
 
One hour + walking ...did just over 5 miles. 15 min. stretch with elastic band
 
Walked 4 mils in 80 minutes!! Felt great.....next...... :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:
 
I did 50 minutes upper body weights and abs,
45 minutes treadie run
30 minutes recumbent bike

next????????????
 
Did 35 minutes on the stationary bike -- 7 miles. Couldn't do anything else because of my sinus infection and dizziness.
 
Did 2 hours and 10 minutes on the treadmill. Got to watching The Amazing Race and forgot to stop until the end!

I went to Curves in the afternoon and walked on the treadmill in the evening.
My goal is to go to Curves 4 to 5 days a week and walk on the treadmill or walk outside each day. I've gotten out of my routine for a while, and we will be going on a cruise the 9th of April, so I've got to get moving!
 
On Tuesday, I did Firm Calorie Killer for my work out and really worked up a good sweat!
 
Hour of Fusion - a yoga, stretching, pilates type class. I will be headed outside for a short run too this afternoon.
