30min walk outside this morn
Im wearing a new pedometer - I go through them every few months and didnt replace for the winter - time to clock myself again - Im at 5000 steps for today already
I was watching tv and they were showing a Tai Chi workout so I did 45 minutes of that. It is neat. I may have to look into getting a video. It was sooo realxing yet engergzing if its possible to be both.
I went to Curves in the afternoon and walked on the treadmill in the evening.
My goal is to go to Curves 4 to 5 days a week and walk on the treadmill or walk outside each day. I've gotten out of my routine for a while, and we will be going on a cruise the 9th of April, so I've got to get moving!
