Exercise Thread for Tuesday June 7th

This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
DD and I walked for 30 minutes... would have gone longer, but we were both breaking in new sneakers (for DL this summer :cool1: ) and decided that we weren't comfortable. Looks like we will be sneaker shopping AGAIN.........P
 
1st workout of the day: 20 min on the eliptical, 2.5 miles

going back later...
 

I woke up at 4.30am and did the Firm while my kids and DH were asleep. It was great to really be able to focus! Usually, my kids are up and my 2.5 year old son is running all around. This morning was probably the most effective and efficient Firm workout I've had since I started a month ago.
 
35 miuntes on the treadmill this morning. Will probably go back to the gym tonight for more cardio.
 
I did lower body weights and abs at lunchtime. Heading back to the gym now for cardio. Not looking forward to it!!!!
 
I walked a mile and a half at work (during breaks) and I did a 1/2 hour of cardio at the gym.
 
25 minutes on the exercise bike for me today.

Next?
 
40 minute swim with the kids. In this weather swimming is the sport for me! :goodvibes :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:
