This morning I ran for 56 minutes and swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????????????????????????????
 
Running for me this morning, 4.26 miles in 35:07. Really trying to get under 35:00 consistently, but I'm not there yet...
 

I did 40 minutes of lower body weights. I feel great :teeth:
 
i did 5 min warm-up and then 30 min strength training on the stability ball

may take a casual bike ride later, i'll see - i'm reading a good book.............
 
I did 48 min on the treadmill.
 
I added a 6.2 mile outdoor run in 54 minutes.
 
T-Tapp for 45 minutes. Felt great. ;)
