Exercise thread for Tuesday June 14

i was up and at 'em early this morning, on a hot and humid Ohio weather day -- hit my trail for 3.5 miles walk/jog combo and then did 10 mins of yoga when i got home to stretch out. next??
 

count me in for pilates this morning

Next????
 
50 minutes lower body weights and abs so far.
 
Just barely made it! 10 min walk tonight & 20 min of full body workout with free weights & exercise ball.
 
4 miles on the boardwalk at Jones beach. Nice breeze coming off teh ocean to temper the 90 degree temperatures.
 
Two workouts for me today, running in the morning (4.27 miles in 35:32) and Curves after work. (I promised I'd make it today!)
 
40 minute swim with kids and 30 minute wog. Still hot and humid here... :sunny: though it is suppossed to cool off.
